Our Rules

  • The lead guest must be over the age of 18 for all bookings.
  • Check-in to touring pitches is from 12.30pm. Depart the park by 12pm.
  • Check-in to the bell tents is from 4pm. Depart the park by 10am.
  • Keep away from any farm machinery, vehicles and the workshop.
  • Some roofs of the outbuildings are fragile, do not climb on them.
  • Do not enter any outbuildings not meant for the use of the public.
  • Each bell tent has a maximum occupancy of four people. No extra guests are permitted in the bell tents.
  • Bell tent firepit barbeques are used at the guests’ own risk.
  • Only wood and charcoal are permitted to be used on the bell tent firepit barbeques.
  • When using the bell tent firepit, the lid must be in place to minimise escaping sparks, embers and ashes.
  • Ensure the fire is fully out before leaving the bell tent firepit unattended.
  • No candles or incense to be burned in the bell tents.
  • Do not touch the electric box that is found outside at the rear of the bell tent.
  • Any problems with electric must be reported to site staff.
  • All dogs must be kept on leads when on the site and not cause nuisance to others.
  • It is the dog owners’ responsibility to clean up after their own dog.
  • Exercise dogs off the site.
  • Behave in an appropriate manner. Any anti-social behaviour or anyone causing nuisance will be asked to leave New House Caravan Park without refund.
  • No noise after 10pm or before 8am. No loud amplified music at any time.
  • No smoking or using e-cigarettes in any of the bell tents or site buildings (toilet and shower blocks, laundry room, office) allowed.
  • No fireworks or sky lanterns.
  • No illegal substances permitted anywhere on the site.
  • All children under the age of 18 must be always supervised. Do not allow your children to run around the back of caravans and in between caravans – this could be dangerous due to wires, etc. Children can play on the grass islands or the area directly next to your own caravan. Children staying in the bell tents, please play in the bell tent field.
  • New House Caravan Park is a quiet and peaceful site. We allow couples and families only. No groups or parties.
  • For the safety of all site guests and staff members, please adhere to the 10mph speed limit.
  • No cycling on site.
